Panama City, FL-Earlier this morning, NASA has reported a spacecraft carrying four astronauts fell from space into the Gulf of Mexico. It seems that the vehicle was a SpaceX Crew Dragon which launched to the ISS in November. While it is unclear the cause of this embarrassing failure, corner-cutting certainly played a big part. The NTSB sent a team to investigate and will publish reports tomorrow. Both NASA and SpaceX have confirmed that the crew of four are safe aboard recovery vessel GO Navigator and will be questioned later.
